I have been working in health and fitness since 2005, where I was a fitness coach for the SANFL umpires until 2012. During this time I completed an undergraduate study in Human Movement, where I developed a passion for exercise physiology. Since then have completed a Masters in Strength and Conditioning and obtained my ASCA Level 1 coaching certificate in strength and conditioning .Currently I am working as the Running and Fitness Coach with Central District FC in the SANFL, I am also the strength and conditioning coach for the SANFL U/16 State program where I test the junior athletes and travel as part of the team.

As part of my ongoing studies I completed a Master in Exercise Physiology, where I was able to develop my knowledge over a large variety of conditions. During this time I took a passion in Multiple Sclerosis and specialize in exercise therapy for people with Multiple Sclerosis. Early in 2014 I began my journey as an Exercise Physiologist with AEP Health Group.

Personally with a drive and passion for sport and wellbeing, I have always participated in sport and outdoor activities whilst growing up and currently am playing football for CBCOC and cricket at Kenilworth. I also participate in a variety of other sports and activities from hiking to walking my greyhounds.

I have a positive approach to all situations and enjoy being able to help individuals improve their quality of life. I enjoy helping people in understanding the importance of physical activity in everyday life and why exercise is prescribed for their individual needs. I have a passion for running coaching and developing technique as well as getting people into running and completing fun runs, especially those who never thought that it was something they would be able to do.
