After registering you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for your initial health screen check and assessment. It is preferable to undertake this assessment at one of a number of locations in Adelaide prior to attending the Lifestyle Retreat.

If this is not a viable option, the online Health Screen form must be filled in and submitted. For attendees that lodge their health screen on line, a physical assessment will be undertaken at the retreat. The health screening and assessment is very important to ensure all physical activity that is undertaken is within attendee’s limitations. Injuries, physical limitations, medical conditions and medications are all taken into consideration to ensure safe and realistic physical activities are undertaken.
