I have been working in health and fitness since 2013, after completing my Bachelor Degree in Human Movement and Health Studies. I started working as an Exercise Scientist at Limbo Gym and later Anytime Fitness. In this time I really developed a passion for the industry while seeing the positive impact that I could have on my client’s health, fitness, wellbeing and overall quality of life.

Away from my role at AEP, I’m also extremely passionate about the sport of Powerlifting. I’ve been fortunate enough to compete at the national level and have been lucky enough to win both state and national championships, and also have aspirations to represent Australia at the World Championships.

With a wide set of skills, I really enjoy the challenges of working in Allied Health and am always looking at ways to better the quality of my treatment. I approach all clients with a positive attitude and take pride in being able to help clients better manage their health conditions and ultimately improve their quality of life.
