Skye has been working at AEP since 2008. She has had extensive experience working with a wide variety of clients with chronic health conditions. Skye has experience working in GP clinics, home and private consulting environment. Skye’s friendly and understanding nature allows her to communicate effectively with a wide variety of cliental. As well as helping others, she has a keen interest in maintaining her own health and fitness. She has represented Australia in the Age Group World Triathlon Championships in 2009 and again in 2012. Skye co-manages the Noarlunga Clinic. 
Clinically, Skye has a keen interest in chronic fatigue management, exercise pre and post bariatric surgery, Type II Diabetic management and exercise prescription to assist couples in the area of fertility and pregnancy. 
Qualifications: ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), Bach. App. Science (Human Movement), Cert III and IV Fitness, Current Senior First Aid & CPR. 


I commenced working at AEP in 2008 and have had experience prescribing exercise for a wide range of chronic conditions including; Type II diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic fatigue syndrome and multiple sclerosis.

After having my first child in 2014 I have developed a new interest in pre and post natal exercise prescription and am passionate about empowering new mums with the tools and confidence to undertake appropriate exercise. I know first hand the importance to ensuring the body is strong and fit so you can be in the best shape possible to care for yourself and the family.

I am passionate about equipping patients with the skills and knowledge to enable them to enjoy and maintain physical activity to better their quality of life, physically and mentally. I enjoy the reward that comes with seeing clients improve their function, reduce pain and generally feel better.

Personally, I have enjoyed participating in triathlon and have represented Australia in the Age Group World Triathlon Championships in 2009 and again in 2012. I continue to enjoy keeping fit though running, trail walking, cycling and swimming.
