Aged Care
AEP Health Group is a registered provider for Support at Home (SAH) and The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
As a registered provider of SAH and CHSP, AEP Health Group can now provide allied health services that include Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy and Dietetics. These services can be accessed at one of four clinic locations and/or in your home if required.

If you are registered with a SAH or CHSP and eligible for allied health therapy services, simply complete the online form. Our friendly admin staff will then be in touch to get you booked in.

How to apply for an assessment
The first step to access government-funded aged care services is to get assessed. You can apply for an assessment online or call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.

AEP is committed to providing you with the best services and experiences and strive for continuous improvement at every opportunity.
We welcome compliments so we can learn about positive experiences that individuals may have had, and when things don’t go as planned or as expected, we also want to hear about these experiences. This is important so we can review them and use as a learning opportunity to contribute to our continuous improvement processes and ultimately better care.

How we respond
We manage all feedback consistent with our Feedback and Complaints Management processes. We advise our staff about your compliments, comments and suggestions.
We investigate complaints to understand what happened, why and what can be done to stop the situation from happening again.
AEP respects your right to complain without negative consequences. We also respect your privacy and only use information provided in line with the AEP Privacy Policy.
An AEP staff member will contact you as soon as possible with the aim to resolve complaints at the first opportunity.

If we are unable to resolve your concerns we may also refer you to the above advocacy services or you may wish to refer unresolved matters to the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission. The service is free for people to raise concerns about the quality of Australian Government subsidised care and services.
