We support a wide range of individuals and funding pathways, making quality allied health care accessible and personalised to your needs. Whether you’re accessing care through Private Health Insurance, NDIS, Aged Care, Medicare, or DVA, our team is here to provide evidence-based support tailored to your health journey.

NDIS

AEP is a registered NDIS service provider and deliver a range of services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We focus on individual’s abilities and strengths, rather than things they aren’t able to do. By utilising the multidisciplinary team of Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Dietitians we find ways to help maintain or increase independence and achieve health and wellbeing goals, along with activities of daily living (ADL) goals. 

Aged Care

AEP Health Group is a recognised Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Programme provider. Our clinicians offer individualised and group services for our ageing community. Our team aim to help you maintain independence and improve your quality of life. 

Weight Management

At AEP Health Group we have been working in the bariatric and metabolic space for 15 years. Our team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Dietitians are specifically trained and experienced in bariatric care, including both surgical and pharmacological approaches to weight management.

Work Injury Rehabilitation / Return to Work

AEP Health Group are a recognised Return To Work SA provider that pride themselves on regular and open communication with the worker, case managers and other treating health professionals. AEP deliver a comprehensive range of services for injury management and physical rehabilitation. If a physical conditioning program is required for a successfully return to work, a referral from a GP or Physiotherapist can initiate the process. 

Medicare

You may be eligible to access AEP's services through medicare under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP). If you are eligible you can access up to five subsidised allied health visits per year.

DVA

If you are an eligible Veteran with a DVA White or Gold card, you may be able to access Exercise Physiology, Dietitian and/or Physiotherapy services to treat a specific medical condition upon suitable referral from your GP or Specialist.

Private Health Insurance Accepted

If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible to claim a rebate for Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Dietetics. We offer on-the-spot claiming with eligible health funds, making it easy to access the care you need.
