Our passionate Dietitians provide specialist, evidenced based nutrition services for the management and prevention of chronic conditions.
They work collaboratively and compassionately with you to form personalised strategies and plans, providing the foundations to make long term lifestyle changes. We take an individualised approach, understanding that everyone is faced with unique challenges that require us to tailor to your needs.
Our team of Dietitians are all accredited through Dietitians Australia (DA), which provides strategic leadership through empowerment, advocacy and education.
What does a Dietitian do?

Our team have trained in nutritional support for individuals using GLP-1 medications, bariatric surgery and medical weight loss. Learn more here.

Our Dietitians can help support individuals with IBS and other gastrointestinal conditions. We can assist with assessment of IBS symptoms, identify intolerances and triggers and support low FODMAP dietary management.
Assist with managing bloating, abdominal discomfort and diarrhoea.
Assist with nutritional adequacy during dietary restrictions.
