DVA 

If you are an eligible Veteran with a DVA White or Gold card, you may be able to access Exercise Physiology, Dietitian and/or Physiotherapy services to treat a specific medical condition upon suitable referral from your GP or Specialist. Veterans holding DVA white cards or gold cards are able to access care for their various ailments or conditions.

Our team aim to assist you, but are not limited to the following areas:

Exercise Physiology  

Our Exercise Physiology team supports veterans through tailored exercise programs designed to improve strength, mobility, fitness, pain management, chronic disease management, and overall quality of life. We offer individual and supervised group options to achieve the best outcome for the veteran

Physiotherapy   

AEP offers Physiotherapy treatment to meet the requirements of the veteran. Whether it be recovering from an injury or surgery, improving mobility or restoring physical function. We focus on movement rehabilitation and personalised exercise programs. 

Dietetics

Our Dietetics team provides evidence-based nutrition support to help veterans manage their health, energy levels, weight, and chronic conditions. We work with clients to create realistic and sustainable nutrition strategies that support long-term wellbeing. Through DVA personalised meal plans are on offer also. 

To access our services under the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), your GP or specialist will need to complete a referral form, which can be accessed below.
