Practical Cooking Sessions

Our Dietitians offer individual cooking and meal preparation sessions through the NDIS to help participants develop practical food skills and increase independence in the home. 

These sessions are tailored to each person's abilities, goals, and support needs, with a focus on building confidence and developing lifelong skills. 

Sessions may include: 

  • Basic cooking skills

  • Meal planning and organisation

  • Grocery shopping skills

  • Food safety and storage

  • Budget-friendly meal preparation

  • Healthy snack and meal ideas

  • Building confidence in the kitchen
